Greg's Background
Greg is the Director of Strategic Alliances & Corporate Relations at Biola University where he is responsible to create global and local alliances in academic, operational and financial arena's as he shares the vision for the future of the University with external partners. Greg earned his B.S. in Business Administration at Biola University.
Greg served in various senior management capacities for 20 years with The ServiceMaster Company, an $8 billion Fortune 500 firm focused in the health care management and franchising fields. After his term at ServiceMaster, he held various senior leadership positions in the non-profit sector serving as Vice President of Arrow Leadership, a program that develops the leadership skills of young ministry leaders and then as the Director of Leadership Development for Christian Management Association where he was responsible for senior executive leadership training programs.
Greg has served as a board member of a number of non-profit organizations, including BBL Forum, Youth For Christ, and Outreach Canada, a ministry of Overseas Crusades. He also specializes in personal and organizational development as a Life Coach and organizational leadership consultant. He enjoys writing, and his work has been published by Christianity Today, Pastor Rick Warren’s Ministry Toolbox, and Christian Management Association.
